Misty Malone

A fourth-generation Texan, Misty Malone grew up in Friendswood and has lived in Galveston, Harris and Fort Bend County. “Real estate demands skillful marketing, planning, communication, negotiation, and financial expertise,” says Misty. “It is my desire to bring ‘added value’ in related aspects of the transaction. My previous business experience allows me to effectively manage each real estate transaction to produce optimal results.”

A licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000, Misty graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and a Master of Business Administration. She is a Certified Facility Manager through International Facilities Management Association and received Local, State and National TOBY Awards (The Office Building of the Year Award) from Building Owners and Management Association International.

Her career has included commercial real estate leasing, construction, development and project management with Trammell Crow Company and American National Insurance Company. Misty was also a corporate facility manager for Koch Industries and the vice president of Rosecrans Interests, Ltd. “Managing any real estate transaction requires everyone to work as a team to achieve common goals and exceed expectations. My business approach is based on a dedicated sense of stewardship for each and every client. Successfully concluding a real estate transaction draws on my skills in marketing, planning, communication, negotiation and finance.”

Misty is insightful, compassionate, determined, and a problem-solver, excellent qualities for a Realtor and ones that give Misty and her clients an advantage. “The process of buying and selling a property is exciting,” says Misty. “Each transaction is unique and poses a different set of challenges that require creative solutions. It’s exhilarating to turn hurdles into accomplishments and help clients navigate the process with confidence.”

Married with three children, Misty devotes much of her non-working time to her family and community. She serves as a PTA and Booster Club member and serves on the board of directors for SOMA International Foundation, Inc. She volunteers her time with dog rescue, the Women's Shelter and Sunday School. Misty is passionate about interior design and renovation projects.
